Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all workshops, event and any other experience where advance payment is required.  

If you are unable to attend a workshop, experience or event please let us know as soon as possible.  We require a minimum of 28 days notice if you wish to cancel your booking so that we can try and resell the place. If we successfully resell your place you will be given a full refund. If we are unable to sell your place then no refund will be given.  All fees are non-refundable. No refunds can be made to those who fail to attend a course or event in full or in part.  You may send someone in your place, in which case we will need their contact details (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made where possible, and confirmation details can be passed on. We are also unable to move your workshop to another date unless your place has been resold.

Botany to Bottle Ltd trading as Parterre Fragrances reserves the right to cancel any workshop, experience or event at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible. You may transfer to an alternative date or experience, or you will be offered a full refund. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.

By booking and paying for a workshop, experience or event you are confirming your agreement to these terms.
