DELIVERY OPTIONS
The delivery information for our fragrance products are as follows:
- UK Standard Shipping is £3.50
- Orders of £75 or more are free
- Local pick up is available
- Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays only)
- Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail
- Parcels of £50 or more will be sent tracked and will automatically update with tracking information
- Parcels with a value of less than £50 will be sent standard UK delivery.
LOCAL PICK UP
You can choose to collect your order from our shop in Bath, by selecting ‘local pick up’ at the check out. We will prepare your order and notify you when the order is ready to collect. We may contact you via email or phone to agree a suitable time to collect.
Our perfumery is open during our usual shop opening hours. Please refer to our website for details.
EXISITING ORDERS
For existing order enquiries please send us an email detailing your order number to info@parterrefragrances.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK
For those who are international but who would like to send a gift to someone special in the UK, we have recently updated the checkout options to accept billing addresses from outside the UK. So you can now send beautiful Parterre perfume gifts to your loved ones in the UK from abroad. A small but step but we hope it’s the first of many to share our perfumes with the world.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
We are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the UK. but we are working towards being able to offer this service in the near future. If you would like to order our fragrance and you live outside of the UK please visit our stockists who may offer suitable shipping options.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note we ask you to cover the cost of the return postage (excluding 50ml & 100ml EDP) and we can not be held responsible for items in transit so please ensure you select a shipping option you are happy with.
When returning any 15ml, 50ml or 100ml fragrance please complete the returns form below. For 50ml or 100ml fragrances we will issue you a prepaid returns label.
We cannot refund or exchange any sale items. However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged please contact info@parterrefragrances.com.
CHRISTMAS
Christmas Delivery
For final guaranteed standard delivery before Christmas, the last order date is 12pm 16th December. For tracked and signed for the last order date is 12pm 20th December.
Orders with standard shipping placed after these dates can not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
Orders placed after 24th December will be processed on 3rd January.
Christmas Returns
We extend our returns policy for Christmas. Returns for purchases made between 1st December and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January.
As long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note we ask you to cover the cost of the return postage and we can not be held responsible for items in transit so please ensure you select a shipping option you are happy with.
