SHOPPING

  • Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail
  • UK Standard delivery is £3.50 and usually takes 2-3 working days (for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays only)
  • UK Tracked delivery is £5.50 and usually takes 2-3 working days (for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays only)
  • Trackable orders will will automatically update with tracking information
  • Parcels of £50 or more will be sent tracked and will automatically update with tracking information
  • Delivery is free for orders of £75 or more and will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour.
  • We offer a full refund on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please note we ask you to cover the cost of the return postage and we can not be held responsible for items in transit so please ensure you select a shipping option you are happy with.
  • We cannot refund or exchange any sale items. However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.

  • We are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the UK but we are working towards being able to offer this service in the near future. If you would like to order our fragrance and you live outside of the UK please visit our stockists who may offer suitable shipping options.
  • We offer free in store collection from our Parterre perfumery at Keyneston Mill. This option is available at the checkout.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and a form of ID when you come to collect.
  • A member of our team will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept a varity of payment methods to include; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google pay, and Klarna.
  • If you are in the process of returning an item you should expect to receive a refund in 5-7 working days.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • We offer a full refund on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please note we ask you to cover the cost of the return postage and we can not be held responsible for items in transit so please ensure you select a shipping option you are happy with.

  • If you are in the process of returning an item you should expect to receive a refund in 5-7 working days.
  • In the event that you need to change your order once placed, please send an email to info@parterrefragrances.com. Our team will be able to process the change for you.
  • In some instances we may ask you to place a new order to replace the previous order.
  • In the event that you need to cancel your order please send an email to info@parterrefragrances.com. Our team will be able to process the cancellation for you.
  • If you would like to cancel your order, but the order has already been dispatched, we will process this as a normal return, you would be responsible for returning to order back to us. Whereby we would process your order for a refund, less that of the shipping cost.
  • We are always here to help. If you need some assistance we are available on our live chat button on the website between 10am-4pm Monday – Friday. Outside of these hours we aim to respond within 24 hours. Alternatively you can send an email to info@parterrefragrances.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours.

WORKSHOPS

  • Yes, we have a disabled ramp into the long barn, disabled W/C’s and disabled parking spaces.
  • Where possible, please notify us when booking.
